摘要
迄今高职学前教育专业发展已取得较好成绩,积极推动了本地区幼教事业的发展。但在核心素养培养的标准下仍面临些许问题与挑战。本文梳理了高职学前专业核心素养的发展历程并描述了目前的情况:高职院校都已认识到学前教育专业核心素养应当在文化基础、自主发展、社会参与三方面进行改革。作者通过调研和查阅相关文献发现核心素养培养视角下的高职学前教育专业教育过程中仍存在着核心素养内涵不明确、专业课程结构不完善、教学方法过于单一、弱化思想素质教育、缺乏核心素养教育的评价机制等五方面的不足。最后针对上述问题,笔者提出了当前高职学前教育专业核心素养教学创新方面的相关建议及对策。
So far,the professional development of pre-school education in higher vocational colleges has achieved good results and actively promoted the development of preschool education in the region.However,there are still some problems and challenges under the standard of core literacy cultivation.This paper combs the development process of pre-school professional core literacy in higher vocational colleges and describes the current situation:higher vocational colleges have recognized that pre-school professional core literacy should be reformed in three aspects:cultural basis,independent development and social participation.The author finds that there are still some problems in the professional education process of pre-school education in higher vocational education from the perspective of core literacy training:the connotation of core literacy is not clear;the structure of professional courses is not perfect;the teaching method is too single;weakening ideological quality education;the lack of evaluation mechanism of core literacy education and other five deficiencies.Finally,in view of the above problems,the author puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures on the current core literacy teaching innovation of pre-school education in higher vocational colleges.
