摘要
在北京冬奥会的带动下,我国冰雪运动得到快速发展,这其中离不开冰雪体育人才的卓越贡献。理析我国冰雪体育人才的演进脉络,发现当前我国冰雪体育人才培养中存在一系列困境,包括冰雪体育人才匮乏、高层次人才保障体系不健全、人才培养理念与应用滞后等。为了打破这一僵局,提出加大培养精度,保证人才供需协调;整合多方资源,开展融合式人才培养;精准人才对接,缩短人才培养周期;明确培养目标,统筹培养过程;完善评价体系,实现常态引导等对策。通过探索及优化我国冰雪体育人才的培养途径,提高冰雪体育人才的培养质量,加快冰雪体育人才的培养效率,为新时代体育强国建设保驾护航。
With the influence of the Beijing Winter Olympics,China's ice and snow sports have been developed rapidly,which cannot be separated from the outstanding contribution of ice and snow sports talents.This paper has analyzed the evolution of China's ice and snow sports talents,it is found that there are a series of plights in the training of China's ice and snow sports talents at present,including the lack of ice and snow sports talents,the unsound guarantee system of high-level talents,and the lagging concept and application of talent training.In order to solve these problems,it proposes countermeasures such as increasing the training accuracy to ensure the coordination of talent supply and demand;integrating multiple resources to carry out integrated talent training;precise talent jointing,shorten the talent training cycle;clear training objectives,coordinate the training process;improve the evaluation system,realize the permanent guidance and other countermeasures.By exploring and optimizing the training channels of China’s ice and snow sports talents,improving the training quality of ice and snow sports talents,accelerating the training efficiency of ice and snow sports talents,and safeguard the construction of a leading sports nation in the new era.
