摘要
突破以往关于企业技术创新效率的研究大多考虑单一研发模式和单一知识广度或深度的影响,基于企业实际,从异质知识基础视角,将合作创新和自主创新两种研发模式进行对比、结合知识基础的广度和深度两个维度,探究企业在异质知识基础导向下不同研发模式对技术创新效率的影响,为企业选择研发模式提供参考。以2015—2020年中国88家医药制药行业上市企业为样本,采用三阶段数据包络分析(DEA)和Tobit模型进行实证分析,结果发现:合作创新更能提升医药企业的技术创新效率;在异质知识基础导向下,对于大宽度低深度类和小宽度低深度类企业而言,相比于自主创新模式,合作创新更能提升技术创新效率,而对于小宽度高深度类企业而言,自主创新更能提升技术创新效率,但对于大宽度高深度类企业,两种研发模式都并没有显著性优势。由此得到启示:企业需注意提升知识基础水平,选择合适的研发模式持续创新。
Breaking through the previous research on the technological innovation efficiency of enterprises,in which most of them consider the impact with a single RD model and a single knowledge breadth or depth,in this paper,based on the actual situation of enterprises,from the perspective of heterogeneous knowledge base,the two RD modes of cooperative innovation and independent innovation are compared,and the breadth and depth of knowledge base are combined,to explore the impact of different RD models on technological innovation efficiency under the guidance of heterogeneous knowledge base,so as to provide reference for enterprises to choose RD models.Taking 88 listed companies in China's pharmaceutical industry from 2015 to 2020 as a sample,and using three-stage data envelopment analysis(DEA) and Tobit models for empirical analysis,it finds that cooperative innovation can improve the technological innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical enterprises;under the guidance of heterogeneous knowledge base,cooperative innovation can improve the efficiency of technological innovation compared with the independent innovation model for large-width and low-depth enterprises,and small-width and low-depth enterprises,while for small-width and high-depth enterprises,independent innovation can improve the efficiency of technological innovation,but for large-width and high-depth enterprises,neither RD model has significant advantages.From the above results,it implications that enterprises need to pay attention to improving the level of knowledge base,and choosing the right RD model to continue innovation.
