摘要
随着高校体育教学改革的不断深化,田径教学实践与素质教育目标要求之间的矛盾也日益凸显。基于此,该文首先利用调查法对高校田径教学现状及问题进行研究,然后在此基础上提出了“三位一体”的人才成长机制构建方法,之后从确立国家主体在人才成长机制中的指导地位,强化高校主体在人才成长机制中的衔接作用及打通不同主体间人才培养标准的衔接互通环节,三方面着手进行高校田径教育“三位一体”人才成长机制的构建,最后提出了高校田径教育人才成长机制教学实践策略,旨在为高校田径教育人才培养提供理论上的参考。
With the continuous deepening of the PE teaching reform in colleges and universities,the contradiction between track and field teaching practice and the requirements of quality education goals has become increasingly prominent.Based on this,this paper first uses the survey method to study the current situation and problems of track and field teaching in colleges and universities,then puts forward the construction content of the"trinity"growth of talent mechanism on the basis of this,after that starts to construct the"trinity"growth of talent mechanism of track and field education in colleges and universities from three aspects:establishing the guiding position of national subjects in the growth of talent mechanism,strengthening the connection role of college subjects in the growth of talent mechanism,and opening up the connection and interoperability of talent training standards among different subjects,and finally proposes the teaching practice strategy of the growth of talent mechanism of track and field education in colleges and universities,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the talent cultivation of track and field education in colleges and universities.
