摘要
生态环境是旅游业绿色发展的基本要求,环境的优劣直接影响到旅游业的发展。当前黄河流域在实现旅游业绿色发展目标方面存在冲突抵消效应,而以模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,从组态视角分析2014年和2019年黄河流域生态环境保护与旅游业发展之间的关系,发现:(1)单一的生态环境保护并不构成旅游业绿色发展的必要条件,影响因素间交互组合是实现黄河流域生态环境保护与旅游业发展协同推进的最优选择;(2)对比旅游生态环境保护政策提出前后二者协同推进组合路径的变化,由2014年的2条组合路径转变为2019年的1条组合路径,且增加了3个核心条件;(3)无论是促进旅游业发展还是减缓旅游业发展均不存在唯一的组合形式,模式具有多元性;(4)旅游生态环境保护政策提出后,一定程度上削弱了旅游业发展速度,但其组合模式逐步趋向多元化。基于组态视角发现,配合旅游生态环境保护政策,可以有效降低旅游业污染强度,能够帮助实现旅游绿色发展的目标。
The ecological environment is the basic requirement of the green development of tourism;the quality of the environment directly affects the development and operation of tourism.The Yellow River Basin in the realization of green tourism development goals conflicating to offset the effect of green and ecological environmental protection concept is gradually incorporated into tourism development category,so it is necessary to explore the relationship between them.Based on fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),this paper analyzed the relationship between eco-environmental protection and tourism development in the Yellow River Basin in 2014 and 2019 from a configuration perspective.The results show that:(1)single eco-environmental protection does not constitute a necessary condition for the green development of tourism industry,and the interactive combination of influencing factors is the best choice to realize the coordinated promotion of eco-environmental protection and tourism development in the Yellow River Basin.(2)The change of the combination path of coordinated promotion between the two before and after the tourism eco-environmental protection policy was put forward was compared,from two combination paths in 2014 to one combination path in 2019,and three core conditions were added.(3)There is no unique combination form for promoting or slowing down the development of tourism.(4)After the tourism ecological environment protection policy is put forward,the development speed of tourism is weakened to some extent,but its combination mode gradually tends to diversify.Based on the configuration perspective,it is found that the pollution intensity of tourism can be effectively reduced and the goal of green development of tourism can be realized by coordinating with tourism eco-environmental protection policies.The conclusion of this paper has strong theoretical and guiding significance for realizing the win-win situation of ecological environment protection and tourism development in the Yellow River Basin.
