摘要
目的探究PDCA循环管理在某三甲医院国家集采药品使用管理体系中的应用,以进一步贯彻落实国家药品集采政策。方法运用PDCA循环管理方法,比较第5批集采药品干预前后,“医生对集采药品的认可率”、“慢病患者对集采药品的认知率”、“集采药品使用比例达标率”和“集采药品序时进度达标率”,确认改进效果。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,医生对第5批集采药品的认可率从45.00%提升至81.00%;慢病患者对第5批集采药品的认知率从16.00%提升至41.00%,第5批集采药品使用比例达标率从56.41%提升至100.00%;第5批集采药品序时进度达标率从66.67%提升至97.44%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论PDCA循环管理显著提高了医生和患者对第5批集采药品的认可率和认知率,提高了集采药品使用比例和序时进度达标率,促进了集采药品的普及。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle management in the management system of National Centralized Procurement Drugs in a grade A tertiary hospital and further implement the national policy on Centralized Procurement Drugs.Methods PDCA cycle management was applied to compare“the physicians′recognition rate of Centralized Procurement Drugs”,“the awareness rate of Centralized Procurement Drugs in chronic patients”,“the standard-reaching rate of the use proportion of Centralized Procurement Drugs”and“the standard-reaching rate of ordered progress of Centralized Procurement Drugs”before and after the intervention of the fifth batch of Centralized Procurement Drugs.Results After implementation of PDCA cycle management,the physicians′recognition rate of the fifth batch Centralized Procurement Drugs was increased from 45.00%to 81.00%;the awareness rate of the fifth batch Centralized Procurement Drugs in patients with chronic diseases was increased from 16.00%to 41.00%,and the stan dard-reaching rate of the use proportion of the fifth batch Centralized Procurement Drugs was increased from 56.41%to 100.00%;the standard-reaching rate of ordered progress of the fifth batch Centralized Procurement Drugs was increased from 66.67%to 97.44%.There were significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly improve the recognition rate of doctors,the awareness rate of chronic patients,the standard-reaching rate of the use proportion and the standard-reaching rate of ordered progress of the fifth batch Centralized Procurement Drugs,which promotes the popularity of Centralized Procurement Drugs.
