摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环管理法在提高国家组织药品集中采购中选药品使用比例中的应用及效果。方法:运用PDCA循环管理方法,调查中选药品的使用现状,发现问题、寻找原因,设定干预目标和措施,提高中选药品使用比例。对北京大学口腔医院(以下简称“我院”)实施PDCA循环管理前(2018年)和实施PDCA循环管理后(2019年)的中选药品使用情况进行统计分析,评估干预效果,并将干预措施标准化。结果:实施PDCA循环管理后,我院中选药品使用比例呈直线上升趋势,中选药品使用数量(片、支)占比从2018年的8.28%(12476/150642)升至2019年的59.76%(101909/170532);2019年中选药品使用数量占上级布置任务量的218.91%(101909/46553),平稳有序地超额完成了分配的任务量,达到了预期干预目标。结论:PDCA循环管理法有效提高了国家组织药品集中采购中选药品使用比例,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application effects of PDCA cycle management on improving the proportion of selected drugs used in centralized drug procurement by national organizations.METHODS:PDCA cycle management was applied to investigate the application status of selected drugs,identify problems,find causes,set intervention targets and measures,and increase the proportion of selected drugs.Statistical analysis was conducted on application of selected drugs in Peking University Hospital of Stomatology hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”)before implementation of PDCA cycle management(2018)and after implementation of PDCA cycle management(2019),the effectiveness of interventions were evaluated and the interventions were standardized.RESULTS:After implementation of PDCA cycle management,the application of selected drugs in our hospital showed the linear upward trend,and the application amount of selected drugs(tablets and pieces)increased from 8.28%(12476/150642)in 2018 to 59.76%(101909/170532)in 2019.In 2019,the application amount of selected drugs accounted for 218.91%(101909/46553)of the tasks assigned by the superiors,which exceeded the assigned tasks in a stable and orderly manner and reached the expected intervention target.CONCLUSIONS:PDCA cycle management has effectively increased the proportion of selected drugs in centralized drug procurement by national organizations,which is worthy of popularization.
