摘要
为推进我国各省份低碳物流和区域经济可持续发展,促使其顺应新时代我国碳减排政策及实现“双碳”目标要求发展,围绕低碳物流和区域经济两个系统的6个准则层21个指标构建评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型评析云南省低碳物流和区域经济发展现状,并分析影响双方协调发展的因素。研究表明,云南省的耦合协调度呈明显的上升态势,2020年较2011年年均增长33.58%,目前两个系统处于初级协调发展阶段,具有较大的提升空间;制约低碳物流与区域经济协调发展的主要是物流基础设施和经济发展潜力两个模块的各项指标。依据研究结果,可采取推进地区基础设施建设、保持良好经济发展环境和提升区域经济发展潜力等措施,实现地区低碳物流和经济的可持续发展。
In order to promote the sustainable development of low-carbon logistics and regional economy in various provinces of China,promote their compliance with China’s carbon reduction policies in the new era,and achieve the requirements of the“dual carbon”goal,an evaluation index system is constructed around 6 criteria layers and 21 indicators of the two systems of low-carbon logistics and regional economy.A coupling coordination degree model is used to evaluate the current situation of low-carbon logistics and regional economic development in Yunnan Province,and analyze the factors affecting the coordinated development of both parties.Research shows that the coupling coordination degree in Yunnan Province is showing a significant upward trend,with an average annual growth rate of 33.58%in 2020 compared to 2011.Currently,the two systems are in the primary stage of coordinated development,and there is significant room for improvement;The main constraints on the coordinated development of low-carbon logistics and regional economy are the various indicators of the logistics infrastructure and economic development potential modules.Based on the research results,measures such as promoting regional infrastructure construction,maintaining a good economic development environment,and enhancing regional economic development potential can be taken to achieve sustainable development of low-carbon logistics and economy in the region.
