基于计算机视觉的锅炉双色液位计监测系统设计

摘要 为了实现传统工厂的信息化改造,实现工厂锅炉双色液位计自动监测,设计了一种基于计算机视觉的锅炉双色液位计监测系统。该系统基于OpenCV库对液位计的监控视频进行示数识别,并采用滤波算法平滑识别结果,利用图形用户界面应用程序显示各双色液位计的示数变化,并实现自动告警。该系统实现了锅炉双色液位计的自动监测,改造成本低、监测结果准确、可并行监测数量大,给传统工厂锅炉液位监测的信息化改造带来一种新方法。 In order to realize the informatization transformation of traditional factories and realize the automatic monitoring of factory boiler dual color level gauges,a monitoring system for boiler dual color level gauges based on computer vision was designed.The system is based on the OpenCV library to identify the indication of the monitoring video of the level gauge,and uses a filtering algorithm to smooth the identification results.A graphical user interface application is used to display the indication changes of each dual color level gauge,and to achieve automatic alarm.This system realizes the automatic monitoring of the boiler dual color liquid level gauge,with low transformation cost,accurate monitoring results,and a large number of parallel monitoring,bringing a new method to the informatization transformation of traditional factory boiler liquid level monitoring.
