Regional Coordinated Development from the Perspective of Chinese-Style Modernization

摘要进入全面建设社会主义现代化国家新阶段,中国式现代化为深入实施区域协调发展战略注入了新的时代内涵,要求协调好人口集聚与地区差异、培育经济增长极与追求空间正义、经济发展与文化传承、总量增长与结构转型、发扬本地优势与融入全球市场这五对矛盾关系。瞄准第二个百年奋斗目标,需要重点明晰区域协调发展的三个重大问题,即在中国式现代化视域下以高质量发展确定区域协调发展的总体思路、以共同富裕作为区域协调发展的价值目标、以新发展格局构建区域协调发展的空间动能,最终可统一归结为以人民为中心的根本立场。为了更好地以区域协调发展助推中国式现代化,亟需顺应经济规律,引导人口空间再布局,加快建设现代化经济体系,增进基本公共服务和公共产品的普惠性,推动绿色低碳成为主流发展方式。 After we entered a new stage of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,the Chinesestyle modernization has injected new era connotations into the in-depth implementation of the strategy of regional coordinated development,which requires good coordination among five contradictions,i.e.the contradiction between population agglomeration and regional differences,the contradiction between fostering economic growth poles and pursuing spatial justice,the contradiction between economic development and cultural heritage,the contradiction between total growth and structural transformation,and the contradiction between carrying forward local advantages and integrating into the global market.To achieve the Second Centenary Goal,it is necessary to focus on the clarification of three major issues of regional coordinated development,i.e.the general idea of regional coordinated development determined by high-quality development from the perspective of Chinese-style modernization,common prosperity taken as the value goal of regional coordinated development,and spatial driving forces for regional coordinated development constructed under the new development pattern,which can be ultimately attributed to the fundamental people-centered philosophy of development.In order to promote Chinese-style modernization better through regional coordinated development,it is urgent to follow economic laws,to guide the re-layout of population space in accordance with economic laws,to accelerate the construction of a modern economic system,to improve the inclusiveness of basic public services and goods,and to make green and low-carbon he mainstream development mode.
