摘要
直流配电柜的蓄电池组是其备用电源,当市电中断时为负载供电。蓄电池组在安装投入运行后5年内不会更换。通过检测单体蓄电池的电压和电流,可以及时发现和更换故障的蓄电池。文章以ArduinoUNO板为核心,设计一种直流配电柜单体蓄电池电压和电流检测系统,实现了对直流配电柜单体蓄电池电压和电流值的有效检测,解决了直流配电柜运行过程中的安全隐患。
The battery pack of the DC distribution cabinet is its backup power supply,which supplies power to the load when the main electricity is interrupted.The battery pack will not be replaced within 5 years after installation and operation.By detecting the voltage and current of the single battery,the faulty battery can be found and replaced in time.Taking Arduino UNO board as the core,this paper designs a single battery voltage and current detection system of DC distribution cabinet,which realizes the effective detection of the single battery voltage and current value of DC distribution cabinet,and solves the potential safety hazard during the operation of DC distribution cabinet.
