摘要
为实现铅酸蓄电池的自我保养,针对铅酸蓄电池极板硫化失效的最主要原因是活性物质结晶这一特点,设计铅酸蓄电池保养系统自充放电路。运用Multisim和Matlab软件建立仿真模型,对多种设定参数电路进行仿真分析。结果表明,自我保养系统电路能够产生充放电脉冲,可以使活性物质处于激活状态,有效防止硫化结晶。
In order to realize the self maintenance of lead-acid battery,aiming at the fact that the main reason for the failure of lead-acid battery plate vulcanization is the crystallization of active substances,the paper firstly designs a self charging and discharging circuit of lead-acid battery maintenance system.Then,it build the simulation model with Multisim and matlab software,which can be used for the simulation analysis of a variety of circuits with set parameters.The results show that the circuit of self maintenance system can generate charge and discharge pulse,activate the active substance and effectively prevent sulfide crystallization.
