摘要
为研究矿用液压支架的立柱结构稳定特性,以ZF3700型液压支架为例,通过三维立体和仿真模拟建立数据模型,分析支架立柱在工作状态下发生的应力变化和位移变化规律,找出立柱结构自身存在的薄弱点以及容易发生故障的脆化点,进而提出补强立柱支护结构稳定性的优化方案。
In order to study the stability characteristics of the column structure of the mine hydraulic support,the ZF3700 hydraulic support was taken as an example.Through the data model established by three-dimensional and simulation,the stress change and displacement change rule of the support column under the working state were analyzed,and the weak points and brittle points of the column structure were found.And then put forward the optimization scheme of reinforcing columns supporting structure stability,improving the equipment support of safety production.
