摘要
目的探究中青年高血压患者健康行为状态及其影响因素,以期为中青年高血压患者健康管理提供依据。方法选择2018年1月至2021年10月在本院确诊为高血压的248例中青年患者为研究对象,均进行健康行为状况、家庭功能状况及一般资料调查。分析影响中青年高血压患者健康行为状态的因素。结果中青年高血压患者健康行为总体处于中水平,仅16.13%患者的健康行为处于高水平。单因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、文化水平、婚姻状态、职业状态、高血压分级、高血压并发症、高血压健康宣教、家庭功能是影响中青年高血压患者健康行为的相关因素(P<0.05);不同家庭收入、病程的中青年高血压患者健康行为比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,男性、未婚/离异/丧偶、自由职业者、高血压1级、无高血压并发症、未接受高血压健康宣教、低水平家庭功能是影响中青年高血压患者健康行为的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论中青年高血压患者健康行为处于中等水平。临床护理工作中应加强该群体的健康宣教,尤其加强男性、未婚/离异/丧偶、自由职业者、高血压1级、无高血压并发症发生、未接受高血压健康宣教、家庭功能处于低水平患者的健康宣教,帮助其树立健康信念,改善不良健康行为,养成良好的健康行为习惯。
Objective To explore the health behavior status and its influencing factors of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension,in order to provide a basis for health management of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 248 young and middle-aged patients diagnosed with hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and all of them were investigated for health behavior status,family function status and general data.The influencing factors of health behavior status in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension were analyzed.Results The health behavior of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension was generally at a medium level,and only 16.13%of patients had a high level of health behavior.Univariate analysis results showed that gender,age,educational level,marital status,occupational status,hypertension classification,hypertension complications,hypertension health education and family function were related factors affecting the health behavior of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in health behavior among young and middle-aged hypertensive patients with different family income and course of disease(P>0.05).Multivariate analysis results showed that male,unmarried/divorced/widowed,freelance,grade 1 hypertension,no hypertension complications,no hypertension health education and low level of family function were the risk factors affecting the health behavior of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion The health behavior of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension is at a medium level.In clinical nursing work,health education should be strengthened for this group,especially for male,unmarried/divorced/widowed,freelance,grade 1 hypertension,no hypertension complications,no hypertension health education and low family function patients,so as to help them establish health beliefs,improve bad health behaviors,and develop good health behavior habits.
