建筑业绿色低碳发展效率及其影响因素:来自省域面板数据差异分析 被引量:1

摘要 在“双碳”战略背景下,针对建筑业绿色低碳发展开展效率提升研究具有重要意义。本研究采用2006—2020年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的建筑业数据,基于超效率SBM模型对中国建筑业绿色低碳发展效率进行测算,并在此基础上,构建静态面板模型,分类计算并探究影响中国建筑业绿色低碳发展效率增长的关键因素。研究结果显示:建筑业绿色低碳发展效率整体呈现上升趋势,其变化在经历平缓下降和断崖式下跌后迅速提升,并在2020年达到峰值。在分类分析中,建筑业绿色低碳发展高效率省份多位于东部地区,较高效率省份效率变动幅度较大,中等效率省份及低效率省份效率较低且相对稳定。经济发展水平、产业集中度和产业发展水平对高效率省份影响显著;城镇化水平、对外开放水平对较高效率省份影响显著;技术创新、产业发展水平对中等效率省份影响显著;经济发展水平、对外开放和产业集中度对低效率省份影响显著。 In the context of the dual carbon strategy,it is of great significance to carry out efficiency improvement research for the green and low-carbon development in the construction industry.This study aims to measure green and low-carbon development efficiency in China′s construction industry and mining influencing factors.Using construction industry data from 30 provinces(regions,cities autonomous and manicipalities)in China from 2006 to 2020,it calculates the efficiency of green and low-carbon development in China′s construction industry based on the super-efficiency SBM model.On this basis,a static panel model is constructed to classify,calculate,and explore the key factors that affect the growth of green and low-carbon development efficiency in China′s construction industry.The results show that:(1)The overall efficiency of green and low-carbon development in the construction industry has shown an upward trend,with its changes rapidly increasing after experiencing a gentle decline and a precipitous decline and reaching a peak in 2020.(2)In the classification analysis,the provinces with high efficiency in green and low-carbon development of the construction industry are primarily located in the eastern region,with significant changes in efficiency in provinces with higher efficiency levels.In contrast,medium-and low-efficiency-level provinces have low and relatively stable efficiency.(3)The level of economic development,industrial concentration,and industrial development have a significant impact on efficient provinces;The level of urbanization and opening to the outside world have a significant impact on higher efficiency provinces;Technological innovation and industrial development level have a significant impact on medium efficiency provinces;The level of economic development,opening up,and industrial concentration have a significant impact on inefficient provinces.
