摘要
                
                    文章采取单相浸没式液冷方案,设计了3种不同冷却液分布器的电池箱,分别为单管、双管、盘型。采用CFD仿真得到双管型分布器的电池箱最优,使得模组内各电池最高温度相对于单管型和盘型,分别降低了1.98℃和0.78℃。在此基础上,设计两组实验。实验表明,电池在液体里热失控得到较好的抑制,测得电池表面最高温度199℃,而在空气中则达到414.4℃的高温;离电池2cm相同位置分别设置两个温度传感器,得到液体和空气最高温度分别为100.5℃和47.2℃,说明冷却液环境足以作为消防液体,对热失控电池起到隔绝氧气和降温的作用。
                
                In this paper,the single-phase immersion liquid cooling scheme is adopted,and three types of battery boxes with different coolant distributors are designed,which are single tube,double tube and disk type.CFD simulation shows that the battery box with double-tube distributors is the best.The maximum temperature of each battery in the module is 1.98 C and 0.78 C lower than that of single-tube distributors and disk distributors respectively.On this basis,two experiments were designed to verify that the thermal runaway of the battery in the liquid was well suppressed,and the maximum temperature of the battery surface was 199 C,while in the air it reached 414.4°C and the maximum temperature of coolant and air is 100.5°C and 47.2°C respectively,which means that the coolant environment is suficient to provide heat to the uncontrolled battery as a fire fighting fluid to isolate oxygen and reduce temperature.
