摘要
目的探究胃炎合并胃十二指肠溃疡应用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法选取江西省九江市修水县中医院收治的胃炎伴胃十二指肠溃疡的80例患者,入选时间:2020年5月-2022年5月,以随机分组原则为依据,将80例患者分为均衡的两组,将常规西药给予对照组,观察组在此基础上加补中益气汤,对比组间疗效。结果经治疗,观察组有效率95.0%较对照组的70.0%高,胃窦收缩幅度、胃液排空功能、胃窦收缩率较对照组优,症状积分、PGⅡ、PGⅠ、SST、GAS水平较对照组优(P<0.05)。组间不良反应几率对比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论胃炎伴胃十二指肠溃疡治疗时选择中西医结合疗法,与单一西医相比,疗效更为显著,患者胃况改善显著,取得较好的治疗效果,具有较高的安全性,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese and duodenal ulcer.Methods 80 patients with gastritis and gastroduodenal ulcer in our hospital were selected from May 2020 to May 2022.Based on the principle of randomization,80 patients were divided into two balanced groups,and conventional western medicine was given to the control group.The observation group added zhongqi soup,and the curative effect between the groups was compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of 95.0%in the observation group is higher than 70.0%in the control group,the gastric sinus contraction amplitude,gastric fluid emptying function and gastric sinus contraction rate were better than the control group,and the symptom integral,PG,PGI,SST and GAS levels were better than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of the odds of adverse effects between the groups(P>0.05).Conelusion When choosing gastritis with gastric duodenal ulcer treatment,compared with a single western medicine,the curative effect is more significant,the patient's gastric condition has improved significantly,achieved the best treatment effect,with high safety,can be implemented.
