纳秒脉冲电场在肝脏肿瘤消融中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 纳秒脉冲电场(Nanosecond Pused Electric Field,nsPEF)作为一种新型的实体肿瘤消融物理因子,在肝癌治疗中受到广泛关注,目前已进展到临床研究阶段。大量研究表明,nsPEF不仅能够诱导肝癌细胞凋亡、消融肝脏肿瘤,还能激发机体的先天和适应性免疫反应,抑制肝脏肿瘤的复发和转移。本文对nsPEF在肝脏肿瘤消融中的研究进展进行综述,并对尚需研究和探讨的问题进行展望,以期进一步推动nsPEF肝脏肿瘤消融的应用。 Nanosecond pulsed electric field(nsPEF),as a novel physical means for solid tumor ablation,has received widespread attention in liver cancer treatment.Currently,it’s at the clinical research stage.Extensive studies have shown that nsPEF can not only induces apoptosis of liver cancer cells and ablate liver tumors,but also stimulates the innate and adaptive immune response,and inhibits the recurrence and metastasis of liver tumors.This article reviews the research progress of nsPEF in liver tumor ablation,and provides an outlook on the issues that still need to be addressed and explored.The aim is to further promote the application of nsPEF in liver tumor ablation.
