摘要
目的:回顾和梳理近年来国内在线健康社区信息行为相关理论研究的现状,以期为在线医疗、互联网健康服务走向规范与成熟提供借鉴与引导。方法:通过文献分析法,对国内在线健康社区用户信息行为相关理论的运用情况进行统计与整理,揭示用户信息行为相关理论应用情况与特点。结果:通过对国内相关研究文献进行多维度分析,认为动机理论、感知价值理论、社会支持理论、社会交换理论是国内在线健康社区信息行为研究最具代表性的4个理论。结论:在线健康社区用户信息行为相关理论呈现多种理论融合发展的趋势;以用户信息行为为研究核心,研究内容全面宽泛;但研究方法和特殊群体用户信息行为的相关理论研究不足,提出加强多学科的理论融合、注重定量与定性相结合的研究方法、扩大并细分研究对象这3个未来的研究方向。
Objective To review and sort out the current status of research on theories related to information behavior in domestic online health communities in recent years,providing reference for the standardization of online medical treatment and Internet health services.Methods Through the literature analysis method,the application of theories related to user information behavior in domestic online health communities was statistically organized,and the application and characteristics of theories related to user information behavior were revealed in a more detailed manner.Conclusion The theories related to user information behavior in online health communities show a trend of integration and development of multiple theories;the research content is comprehensive and broad with user information behavior as the core of the research;however,the theoretical research on the information behavior of group users is insufficient,and it is pointed out that there are three future research directions:strengthening multidisciplinary theoretical integration,focusing on quantitative and qualitative research methods,and expanding and subdividing research objects.
