摘要
在现代终身教育一百余年的探索发展历程中,域外发达国家逐步形成了以美国的社区学院、日本的“公民馆”、德国的民众高校和瑞典的“学习圈”等为代表的终身教育发展模式,积累了丰富的经验:健全的法规政策、稳定的经费投入、完善的管理体系、多元的实施载体、务实的学习内容和优良的师资队伍等。这些经验和做法值得我国实施和发展终身教育、建设学习型社会借鉴与参考。
In more than one hundred years of exploration and development of modern lifelong education,the developed countries outside of China have gradually formed a lifelong education development model represented by community colleges of United States,civic hall of Japan,public university of Germany and learning circle of Sweden,and accumulated rich experience,e.g.sound laws and regulations,stable funding,perfect management system,multiple implementation carriers,pragmatic learning content and excellent teaching staff.These experiences and practices are worthy of reference for China to implement and develop lifelong education and build a learning society.
