摘要
新时代纪检监察学科起源于中国古代监察制度和监察思想,形成于中国共产党百年奋斗的伟大征程中,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和习近平法治思想的重要组成部分。纪检监察学科的研究对象是纪检监察现象以及基于纪检监察现象而产生的纪检监察关系。纪检监察的学科体系包括纪检监察理论研究、纪检监察制度研究、纪检监察实务研究和廉政学研究。中国特色纪检监察学科建设以全面从严治党和推进党的自我革命为指导思想,以实现党和国家监督体系和监督能力现代化为根本任务。纪检监察学科建设应当采取顶层设计,学科建设的重点是在契合法治反腐、智慧反腐理念的同时加强纪检监察人才培养工作。
The Subject of discipline inspection and supervision in the new era originated from the ancient Chinese supervision system and supervision thought,was formed in the great journey of the CPC’s centennial struggle,which is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.The research object of discipline inspection and supervision is the phenomenon of discipline inspection and supervision,and the relationship of discipline inspection and supervision generated by it.The subject system of discipline inspection and supervision includes the theory research of Discipline Inspection and Supervision,system research of Discipline Inspection and Supervision,practice research of Discipline Inspection and Supervision and clean government research.The construction of discipline inspection and supervision with Chinese characteristics takes the guiding ideology of comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline and promoting the Party’s self-revolution,and takes the modernization of the supervision system and supervision capacity of the Party and the state as the fundamental task.The subject construction of discipline inspection and supervision should adopt the top-level design,and the focus of the subject construction is to strengthen the training of discipline inspection and supervision talents in line with the concept of rule of law and intelligent anti-corruption.
