摘要
目的:了解我国男子跆拳道运动员孙宏义的技术特征。方法:运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对跆拳道运动员孙宏义在2020年全国跆拳道锦标系列赛87kg以上级比赛进行观察,并对其技战术运用情况进行记录和统计,分析其技战术特征。结果:孙宏义在此次比赛中以左实战势为主;常用的技术为前腿横踢和侧踢,但得分效率不高;战术以进攻为主,反击战术运用较好;犯规次数不多。结论:站势不具有针对性;得分技术较为单一,并且应提高得分效率;孙宏义是一位进攻型运动员,需要加强进攻和迎击时的得分效率。
Objective To understand the technical characteristics of Sun Hongyi,Chinese male taekwondo athlete.Methods Using the methods of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,Sun Hongyi,a Taekwondo athlete,was observed in 87kg and above competitions in the national Taekwondo Championship Series in 2020,his technical and tactical application was recorded and counted,and his technical and tactical characteristics were analyzed.Results In this competition,Sun Hongyi mainly used the left actual combat,the commonly used techniques were front leg cross kick and side kick,but the scoring efficiency was not high,tactics were mainly attack,counterattack tactics were used better,and the number of fouls was not much.Conclusion The standing posture was not targeted,the scoring technique was relatively single,and the scoring efficiency should be improved.Sun Hongyi is an offensive player who needs to strengthen scoring efficiency when attacking and intercepting.
