摘要
通过对近年来跆拳道世界重大比赛进行分析,研究了世界优秀跆拳道运动员击头技能的变化情况,并根据变化趋势制定我国优秀跆拳道运动员击头技能训练策略。研究认为:提高我国优秀跆拳道运动员击头技能水平需要从培养运动员击头的意识和信念;加强击头技能应用分析;强化击头技能的实战储备训练和重视击头训练中的安全问题几个方面着手,结合世界跆拳道发展趋势和我国运动员自身的能力特点,走出一条符合我国跆拳道运动发展的训练之路。
By analyzing the world major outstanding Taekwondo competitions in recent years, the paper researches the changes of the world outstanding Taekwondo athletes＇head - hitting skills and formulates the training strategy for Chi- nese Taekwondo athletes＇head - hitting skills based on the changing trends in the past three years. The research believes that in order to improve Chinese Taekwondo athletes＂ head -hitting skills, we should train their sense and faith in this skill, strengthen the analysis and application of the skill, emphasize the actual combat training and the safety problems in training and finally create our own training mode in line with the development of Chinag Taekwondo.
