摘要
构建“三个务必”实现机制是完善党的自我革命制度规范体系的重要内容。“务必不忘初心、牢记使命”实现机制是党自我革命的必然要求;“务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”实现机制是党实现自我革命的重要保障;“务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”实现机制是党自我革命的重要方法。在新的历史条件下应坚持理想系统与目标体系共重、工作作风与工作方法并举、斗争品格与斗争艺术共重的原则,从理想信念教育机制与使命责任担当机制、传承示范机与自我净化机制、动力驱使机制与策略运行机制方面构建出“三个务必”的实现机制。
The construction of the implementation mechanism of“Three Imperatives”is an important part of improving the systems and regulations for the Party’s self-reform.The implementation mechanism of the first imperative“never forget our original aspiration and founding mission”,is an inevitable requirement for the Party’s self-reform;The implementation mechanism of the second one“stay modest,prudent,and hard-working”,is an important guarantee for the Party to achieve self-reform;The implementation mechanism of the third one“have the courage and ability to carry on our fight”,is an important method for the Party’s self-reform.Under the new historical conditions,it is necessary to adhere to the principles of emphasizing both the ideal system and the target system,emphasizing both work style and methods,and emphasizing both the character and art of struggle.The implementation mechanism of“Three Imperatives”is constructed from the aspects of ideal and belief education mechanism,mission and responsibility mechanism,inheritance and demonstration mechanism,self-purification mechanism,motivation mechanism and strategy application mechanism.
