摘要
目的:通过对不同产地见血飞药材进行生药学研究,为苗药见血飞的质量标准提供数据。方法:采用性状鉴别法、显微鉴别法与薄层色谱鉴别法对样品进行鉴别。结果:确定了可用于鉴定见血飞药材的性状鉴别特征、显微鉴别特征,且薄层色谱各成分分离良好,方法准确可行。结论:见血飞药材生药学鉴别方法科学、简便、操作性强,为该药材的质量控制提供了参考依据。
Objective To provide data for the quality standard of Miao medicine Toddalia asiatica by conducting a pharmacognostic study on the medicinal materials of Toddalia asiatica from different origins.Methods The samples were identified by character identification method,microscopic identification method and thin-layer chromatography identification method.Results The characteristics and microscopic characteristics of the medicinal materials were confirmed,and the TLC separation was good.The method was accurate and feasible.Conclusion The pharmacognostic identification method of Toddalia asiatica medicinal material is scientific,simple and easy to operate,which provides a reference for the quality control of this medicinal material.
