摘要
在国家“四新”建设和新时代本科教育新理念的背景下,线上线下混合式教学的综合运用,为“食品分析”课程的教学注入了新的活力,并在食品专业的课程建设中起到了承上启下的作用。针对线上线下混合式教学在“食品分析”课程中的实践,从教学内容的选择、教学方法的运用、实验实践的设计、课程考核的角度等方面,对教学探索过程和成效进行了总结和探讨。
Under the background of the national“four new”construction and the new concept of undergraduate education in the new era,the comprehensive application of online and offline hybrid teaching has injected new vitality into the teaching of Food Analysis and played a connecting role in the curriculum construction of food specialty.This paper summarized and discussed the practice of online and offline hybrid teaching in the course of Food Analysis from the aspects of the selection of teaching content,the application of teaching methods,the design of experimental practice and the perspective of course assessment.
