摘要
“基础营养学”是一门非常重视应用的课程,实践教学应当强调能够将所学理论知识和操作技能用于指导日常生活。目前的“基础营养学”实践教学,过于偏重实验操作能力培训,脱离了日常生活和公共营养师基本职业素养的养成。具身理论是认知心理学的新取向,强调认知与身体、环境的联系。这一理论也适用于“基础营养学”的实践教学。将阐述具身理论应用于该课程实践教学的必要性、实施路径及当前存在的问题,并总结对基础营养学实践教学进行“情境化”“具身化”改造过程中所获得的经验。
Fundamental Nutrition is a course emphasizing the importance of practical teaching.The goal of its practice teaching should be that students are able to guide daily life'nutrition practice with knowledge and skills learned from the teaching.Yet,the current practice teaching of Fundamental Nutrition mainly emphasizes the experimental training over the daily practice,which cannot satisfies the education of qualified public dietitians.Embodied theory is emerging trend of cognitive psychology.It highlights the connection between cognition,body and environment,and believes that body plays a key role in cognition.This theory is applicable to the practice teaching of Fundamental Nutrition.This paper discussed the necessity of applying embodied theory to the practical teaching of this course,the implementation approach and the challenges.The experience gained in the process of“contextualization”and“embodied”transformation of the practical teaching of Fundamental Nutrition was also summarized.
