摘要
随着勘探开发迈入新区新领域,为实现新的跨越,海上油田开启了新优快钻完井征程,通过技术和管理的全面提升,实现降本增效的目的。在南海东部番禺4-2B油田加密井槽调整井项目,首次将新优快模式推广到调整井作业,开辟海上老油田新的产量增长点,在资源统筹、技术攻关、管理优化等方面持续深化,通过管理提升、技术提升,最终实现加密井槽6口调整井高效完成,建立了一套适应于调整井的优快钻完井配套技术,对于海上调整井降本增效具有借鉴和指导意义。
With exploration and development entering new areas and new fields,in order to achieve new leapfrog,the offshore oilfield has started the journey of new excellent and fast drilling and completion.In the infill slot adjustment well project of Panyu 4-2B oilfield in the East of the South China Sea,we for the first time extended the new excellent and fast mode to the adjustment well operation,opened up new production growth points of old offshore oilfields,and continued to deepen in resource coordination,technology breakthrough,management optimization and other aspects.Through management improvement and technology improvement,we finally realized the efficient completion of 6 infill slot adjustment Wells.A set of matching technology of excellent and fast drilling and completion suitable for adjusting well is established,which has reference and guiding significance for reducing cost and increasing efficiency of offshore adjusting well.
