海上油田新型套管回接器研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 在海上油气田开发过程中,由于地层腐蚀性流体作用及入井工具对套管损伤等原因,套管会出现腐蚀或穿孔的问题,严重影响后续海上调整井作业及增产措施的实施,同时对海上油气井的安全生产形成威胁。研究设计了一种新型套管回接器,并对回接筒密封、篮式卡瓦、扶正引鞋、加长筒及配套辅助装置进行了优化改进,进一步提高了套管回接效率和成功率。现场应用表明:该套管回接器结构合理,操作简单,回接装置密封可靠且耐高温,可为海上发生套管腐蚀损坏的油气井恢复正常生产提供技术支持,对修复海上油气井的井筒完整性有重要意义。 In the process of oilfield development,due to the existence of formation corrosion fluid,in addition,in the process of drilling,completion and workover,the wear of downhole tools on the casing and the defects of the casing itself may lead to the problem of casing corrosion or perforation,which directly affects the production safety of oil and gas wells.A new type of casing connection device is studied and designed,and the sealing of the connection barrel,basket slip,centralizing guide shoe,extension barrel and supporting auxiliary devices are optimized and improved to further improve the casing connection efficiency and success rate.The field application shows that the casing connector has reasonable structure,simple operation,reliable sealing and high temperature resistance.It can provide technical support for the recovery of normal production of oil and gas wells with casing corrosion damage,and is of great significance for repairing the wellbore integrity of offshore oil and gas wells.
