摘要
目的探究中药六味地黄丸辅助二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1月—2022年6月泾川县中医医院收治的200例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按所用药物不同均分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。其中,对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予六味地黄丸辅助二甲双胍治疗。评估两组治疗效果,对比两组用药前后血糖指标、血脂水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗有效率97.00%明显高于对照组85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药前,两组血糖指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,观察组血糖水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药前,两组血脂水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,观察组血脂水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸辅助二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,可明显提升临床效果,有效降低并改善患者血糖及血脂水平,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Liuweidihuang pill supplemented with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Jingchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different drugs,with 100 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with metformin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the improvement of blood glucose index,blood lipid level and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was 97.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group 85.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups(P>0.05).After medication,the blood glucose level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no statistically significant difference in lipid level between the two groups(P>0.05).After medication,the blood lipid level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Liuweidihuang pill supplemented with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the clinical effect and effectively reduce and improve the patients'blood glucose and blood lipid levels,which has clinical application value.
