摘要
目的探讨中和医派思想指导下应用益气养阴活血中和汤治疗糖尿病对患者临床症状以及糖脂代谢的改善情况。方法此次的130例研究对象均于收治的糖尿病患者中选取,具体选例时间设定为2019年2月—2021年2月,依据随机数字表法将其统一分为试验组与对照组进行研究,每组有65例糖尿病患者。对照组患者的治疗方法:使用二甲双胍片进行口服治疗。在其基础上,将中和医派思想指导下的益气养阴活血中和汤应用于试验组治疗,2组均治疗2个月。将2组患者治疗前后的临床症状积分、血糖控制情况、血清TG、TC、LDL、HDL水平以及治疗后的临床疗效进行统一对比分析。结果经持续2个月时间的治疗后,试验组患者的临床总有效率(93.85%)较对照组(76.92%)相比,明显处于较高水平;治疗2个月后,2组患者的瘀血症、气阴虚症积分、FBG、早餐后2 h血糖、午餐后2 h血糖、晚餐后2 h血糖、Hb A1c、血清TG、TC、LDL水平较治疗前均降低,且试验组均显著低于对照组;治疗2个月后2组患者血清HDL水平均升高,且试验组显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中和医派思想指导下应用益气养阴活血中和汤治疗糖尿病可有效减轻患者的临床症状,控制机体血糖水平,同时可改善血脂水平,纠正糖脂代谢紊乱,且临床疗效显著。
Objective To explore the improvement of clinical symptoms and glucose and lipid metabolism of patients with diabetes by applying Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Zhonghe decoction under the guidance of neutralization medical school thought.Methods 130 study subjects were selected from the diabetic patients,the specific selection time was set from February 2019 to February 2021,and they were divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with metformin tablets orally,and patients in the test group were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Zhonghe decoction under the guidance of neutralization medical school thought on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The scores of clinical symptoms,blood sugar control,serum TG,TC,LDL,HDL levels before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After 2 months of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of patients in the test group(93.85%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.92%).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of blood stasis,qi-yin deficiency syndrome,FBG,blood glucose at 2 h after breakfast,blood glucose at 2 h after lunch,blood glucose at 2 h after dinner,Hb A1 c,serum TG,TC,and LDL levels were all lower than before treatment,and the test group was significantly lower than the control group.After 2 months of treatment,the serum HDL levels of the two groups of patients increased,and the test group was significantly higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Zhonghe decoction in the treatment of diabetes under the guidance of neutralization medical school thought can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,control the body’s blood sugar level,improve blood lipid levels,correct glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,and have significant clinical effects.
