化工作为现代工业体系中举足轻重的部分,其安全管理尤为重要,因此现代自动化控制会技术在化工安全生产中的应用非常重要。文章阐述了化工安全生产管理的难点,分析了加强自动化控制技术应用及优化的必要性。对仪表监控、故障诊断、紧急停车等自动化控制技术的应用方式、优点及不足之处进行了探讨,重点探讨了紧急停车技术系统在化工安全生产中的应用方式和优化思路,希望能为相关生产企业及从业者提供参考。
As a crucial part of modern industrial systems,safety management in chemical industry is particularly important.Therefore,the application of modern automation control technology in chemical safety production is very important.The article elaborates on the difficulties of chemical safety production management and analyzes the necessity of strengthening the application and optimization of automation control technology.The application methods,advantages,and shortcomings of automation control technologies such as instrument monitoring,fault diagnosis,and emergency shutdown were discussed,with a focus on the application methods and optimization ideas of emergency shutdown technology systems in chemical safety production.It is hoped that this can provide reference for relevant production enterprises and practitioners.
