摘要
在化工生产领域,员工的生命安全是安全生产的基础,所以安全生产对化工企业而言是促进其可持续发展的最直接的影响因素。随着科学技术的不断进步,自动化控制系统自出现以来,就被运用到各个行业之中,尤其是在化工企业中应用的非常广泛,且得到了很好的实施效果。基于此,以自动化控制系统作为研究出发点,首先对化工自动化进行简要概述,其次分析化工在生产过程中自动化应用的目的,最后对自动控制系统在化工安全生产中的应用进行探讨,以进一步提升化工企业自动化应用的水平,从而减少安全事故的发生,使员工的生命安全得以保证。
In the field of chemical production,the safety of life of all employees is the basis of safe production,so safe production is the most direct influential factor for chemical companies to promote their sustainable development.With the continuous advancement of science and technology,the automation control system has been used in various industries since its emergence,especially in chemical companies,and has been implemented very well.Based on this,this article takes the automation control system as the starting point of research,first briefly summarizes chemical automation,secondly analyzes the purpose of automation application of chemical industry in the production process,and finally discusses the application of automatic control system咋chemical safety production.Through the research and analysis in this paper,the level of automation application in chemical companies can be further improved,thereby reducing the occurrence of safety accidents and ensuring the life safety of production employees.
