摘要
为探究中草药在奶牛乳房炎中的治疗效果,本试验选用80头奶牛分为4组,即阴性对照组、阳性对照组、中草药治疗组和抗生素治疗组进行疗效比较,每组5个重复,每个重复4头。结果表明,在使用中草药制剂进行治疗后,奶牛乳房炎患牛的治愈率达90%,高于抗生素治疗组;经中草药治疗1~2周后,奶牛乳房炎患牛的产奶量较阳性对照组和抗生素治疗组相比显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,中草药治疗奶牛乳房炎具有良好的疗效,可以有效提高患病奶牛的泌乳性能,且效果显著优于抗生素治疗。
In order to explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine on dairy cow mastitis,80 dairy cows were divided into 4 groups in this experiment,namely,negative control group,positive control group,Chinese herbal medicine treatment group and antibiotic treatment group,with 5 replicates in each group,4 for each.The results showed that the cure rate of cow mastitis was 90%after treatment with Chinese herbal medicine,which was higher than that of antibiotic treatment group;After 1~2 weeks of treatment with Chinese herbal medicine,the milk yield of dairy cows with mastitis was significantly higher than that of the positive control group and the antibiotic treatment group(P<0.05).To sum up,Chinese herbal medicine has a good effect on dairy cow mastitis,can effectively improve the lactation performance of sick dairy cows,and the effect is significantly better than antibiotic treatment.
