基于关联规则的柴油发电机组故障录波数据冗余点过滤算法 被引量:2

Redundant Point Filtering Algorithm for Fault Recording Data of Diesel Generator Set Based on Association Rules

摘要 柴油发电机组故障录波数据受到现场总线、调节器输出电压等多因素影响,冗余信息较多,为提高冗余数据的过滤比例,基于关联规则设计柴油发电机组故障录波数据冗余点过滤算法。更新冗余点区域范围,计算网格内每一个阈值点到中心区域的距离,计算更新后冗余点数量,获得冗余信息的分布区域;基于关联规则建立数据相关性模型,针对每一级的关联规则,提出判定条件的标度值矩阵,对权重向量进行归一化处理,获得柴油发电机组故障录波数据的评价公式;设计冗余点过滤算法,结合数据点的相似度,剔除故障录波数据中的冗余数据。由试验结果可知,在同等网络规模下,该算法的网络传输数据总量均较高,且其数据采集次数的下降幅度最小,录波数据冗余点过滤效果得到保证。 The diesel generator set is affected by many factors such as field bus,regulator output voltage,etc.,and there is much redundant information.In order to improve the filtering ratio of redundant data,a filtering algorithm for redundant points of fault recording data of diesel generator set is designed based on association rules.The range of redundant point areas was updated,the distance from each threshold point in the grid to the central area was calculated,the number of redundant points after the update was calculated,and the distribution area of redundant information was obtained.Based on the association rules,the data correlation model was established,and the scale value matrix of the judgment conditions was proposed for each level of the association rules,the weight vector was normalized,and the evaluation formula of the fault recording data of diesel generator sets was obtained.A redundancy point filtering algorithm was designed.Combined with the similarity of data points,redundant data in fault recording data was eliminated.It can be seen from the test results that under the same network scale,the total amount of network data transmitted by the algorithm was high,and the decrease in the number of data acquisition times was the smallest,and the filtering effect of record data redundancy points was guaranteed.
