双回波快速场回波序列对硬脑膜成像的实现

Feasibility of dural imaging by dual-echo fast field echo sequence

摘要 目的:探索双回波快速场回波序列(Dual-echo fast field echo,dFFE)进行硬脑膜成像的可行性及参数优化。方法:44名健康志愿者接受不同成像参数(采集次数、第二回波时间、翻转角和减影权重因子)的轴向dFFE序列成像,通过主观评分、硬脑膜及邻近颅骨的信号强度比值(Signal intensity ratio,SIR)和对比噪声比(Contrast-noise ratio,CNR)的定量测量评估不同成像参数的图像质量。基于优化参数值,结合径向K空间填充技术进行临床验证。结果:减影权重因子为1.55时获得的SIR、CNR值最高(P<0.01),在该权重下,不同扫描参数间的CNR值无明显差异(P>0.05);SIR值随着回波时间的增加而增加、翻转角为10°时显著高于30°;不同翻转角的主观评分存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。三次采集、第二回波时间10 ms及以上以及翻转角为10°~20°的参数组合获得的图像质量最佳。结论:参数优化后的dFFE序列可以连续显示硬脑膜走行,且图像对比度较好。 Objective:To explore the feasibility of dural imaging using dual-echo fast field echo(dFFE)sequence and the optimization of parameters.Methods:Forty-four healthy volunteers were recruited to receive axial dFFE scans with different parameters(the number of acquisition,the second echo time,flip angle(FA)and image subtraction weighting factor).The image quality of different imaging parameters was evaluated by subjective scores,quantitative measurement of signal intensity ratio(SIR)and contrast-noise ratio(CNR)of the dura and adjacent skull.Based on the optimized parameter values combined with radial K-space filling technique,the clinical verification was carried out.Results:The SIR,CNR values for the image subtraction weighting factor of 1.55 were the highest(P<0.01).Under this weighted factor,there was no significant difference in CNR values between different scanning parameters(P>0.05).The SIR increased with the increase of echo time,and the SIR with FA of 10°was significantly higher than that with FA of 30°,and there was a significant difference in the subjective score between different FA(P<0.01).The best image quality was obtained by the combination of three acquisition,the second echo time of 10 ms or more,and the FA of 10°~20°.Conclusion:The dFFE sequence with optimized parameters can continuously display the dura course,and the image contrast is good.
