摘要
自冲铆接技术作为新型连接技术,在薄板材料的连接中具有优异的连接性能。其接头质量受连接的可行性和连接参数的影响,而接头质量主要由接头的力学性能来表征,因此接头的质量和力学性能已成为目前自冲铆技术的主要研究方向。随着数值模拟技术的发展,它在自冲铆连接技术上的应用成为一种研究趋势。对近年来自冲铆数值模拟技术的发展进行系统阐述,从自冲铆接头成形质量的数值模拟技术出发,对自冲铆数值模型建立、自冲铆影响因素研究、数值模型优化和数值预测模型4个方面进行说明,综述了材料连接的可行性和连接参数对接头性能的影响,对接头力学性能进行模拟,并对接头力学强度和疲劳寿命进行预测,为自冲铆工艺的研究和发展提供新的方向。
As a new joining technology,self-piercing riveting technology has excellent joining properties in the connection of thin sheet materials.The joint quality is affected by the feasibility of the connection and the connection parameters,and the joint quality is mainly characterized by the mechanical properties of the joint,so the joint quality and mechanical properties of self-piercing riveting have become the main research content.With the development of numerical simulation technology,the application of self-piercing riveting connection technology has become a research trend.With the development of numerical simulation technology,the application of self-piercing riveting connection technology has become a research trend.The development of self-piercing riveting numerical simulation technology in recent years is systematically elaborated,starting from the numerical simulation technology of the forming quality of self-piercing riveting joints,and the establishment of the numerical model of self-piercing riveting,the study of the influencing factors of self�piercing riveting,the optimization of numerical model and the numerical prediction model are explained,and the feasibility of material connection and the influence of connection parameters on joint performance are summarized,the mechanical properties of joints are simulated,and the mechanical strength and fatiguelife of joints are predicted,which provides a new direction for the research and development of self-piercing riveting process.
