摘要
目的探讨多索茶碱联合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗老年急性哮喘患者的临床价值。方法将我院2019年6月至2021年5月收治的100例老年急性哮喘患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,观察组在此基础上联合多索茶碱治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、肺功能指标及生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的炎症因子[超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)]水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气流速峰(PEF)]优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的健康调查简表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱联合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗老年急性哮喘患者效果显著,可改善肺功能,减轻炎症反应,提高生活质量,值得临床参考及推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of doxofylline combined with salbutamol sulfate aerosol in the treatment of senile patients with acute asthma.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with acute asthma admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol sulfate aerosol,and the observation group was treated with doxofylline on this basis.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,pulmonary function indexes and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-18(IL-18)]in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)]in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline combined with salbutamol sulfate aerosol in the treatment of senile patients with acute asthma has a significant effect,it can improve pulmonary function,reduce inflammatory response,and improve quality of life,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
