摘要
目的:研究哮喘补益膏联合三伏贴治疗肺脾气虚证哮喘缓解期患儿的疗效及对中医证候积分的影响。方法:选取95例肺脾气虚证哮喘缓解期患儿的临床资料,开展回顾性研究,根据治疗方案不同进行分组,其中,对照组47例患儿采用常规治疗,研究组48例患儿在常规治疗基础上采用哮喘补益膏联合三伏贴治疗。对比两组哮喘控制效果、不良反应发生情况、治疗前后中医证候积分、肺功能指标(用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气肺活量(FEV1)/FVC(FEV1/FVC))、血清胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平。结果:研究组治疗结束后哮喘控制率(95.83%)高于对照组(76.60%)(P<0.05);研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,FVC、FEV1/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清TSLP、IgE水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论:哮喘补益膏联合三伏贴治疗肺脾气虚证哮喘缓解期患儿的疗效显著,可减轻患儿症状,增强肺功能,且安全性较高。
Objective:To study the curative effect of asthma buyi ointment combined with sanfu paste in the treatment of asthmatic children with lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome in remission stage and the effect on TCM syndrome score.Methods:A retrospective study was carried out on the clinical data of 95 children with asthma in remission stage of lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome,and they were divided into groups according to different treatment plans.Among them,47 children in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 48 children in the research group were treated with asthma tonic ointment combined with sanfu paste on the basis of routine treatment.The effect of asthma control,the occurrence of adverse reactions,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,lung function indexes(forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory vital capacity(FEV1)/FVC(FEV1/FVC)),serum thymic stromal lymphopoitin(TSLP)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The asthma control rate in the study group(95.83%)was higher than that in the control group(76.60%)(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and FVC and FEV1/FVC were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum TSLP and IgE levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment.Conclusion:Asthma Buyi ointment combined with sanfu paste has significant efficacy in the treatment of children with asthma in the remission stage of lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome,which can reduce the symptoms of children and enhance lung function with high safety.
