摘要
三伏贴主要由白芥子、延胡索、细辛以及甘遂等药材组成,由于三伏贴可以治疗多种疾病,且不良反应较少,近年来受到广泛关注。三伏贴通过选取不同的穴位治疗不同疾病,主要包括支气管哮喘、变应性鼻炎、慢性支气管炎等疾病,但长期使用会产生皮肤损伤等不良反应,因此有研究人员制备了三伏贴的不同剂型以此来降低不良反应。本文在中国知网数据库中以“三伏贴治疗”为主题检索2010—2022年期间的相关文献,对三伏贴的临床应用和新剂型的研究进展进行整理和总结,旨在为三伏贴的进一步研究提供理论支持。
Sanfu plaster is mainly composed of four herbs:Semen Brassicae,Rhizoma Corydalis,Asarum,and Euphorbia Kansui.Sanfu plaster has attracted much attention in recent years because it can treat a variety of diseases and has few adverse reactions.It is mainly used for different diseases.Such as bronchial asthma,allergic rhinitis,chronic bronchitis,and other diseases by selecting different acupoints.However,the long-term use of plaster may cause skin damage and other adverse reactions,so some scholars have prepared different dosage forms of Sanfu plaster to reduce the adverse reactions.Relevant literature was retrieved from CNKI database under the theme of“Sanfu plaster therapy”from 2010 to 2022,and the research progress in clinical application and new dosage forms of Sanfu plaster were sorted out and summarized,to provide theoretical support for further research.
