摘要
随着碳达峰碳中和目标的推进以及四阶段油耗法规的提出以及重卡行业销量的逐年增长,节能减排成为了重卡行业不可避免的话题,重卡为达到节能减排和双碳目标主要有以下路线:传统燃油车、纯电动汽车、燃料电池汽车以及混合动力汽车这几种主流方案。本文分析了混合动力汽车的构型及目前各种构型的发展状态,分析了各个构型的优缺点。经过分析表明,基于低碳目标的要求和四阶段油耗法规的限制,传统燃油重卡可在碳达峰阶段通过提升技术水平获得一定发展,燃料电池重卡在短期内,由于成本、核心技术以及储运设施、基础设施的限制还无法成为节能减排的主力,但是它们是解决碳中和阶段的终极解决方案,应在碳中和阶段快速导入。而现阶段到碳达峰这一时期,混合动力系统由于出色的降碳排和降油耗能力,是重卡满足碳达峰阶段最有效的技术手段。
With the peak carbon dioxide emissions and four stage fuel consumption and sales of heavy trucks increasing year by year,the demand for low-carbon Energy Saving and emission reduction is higher and higher,heavy truck energy saving and emission reduction route include:engin,electric vehicle,fuel cell car and hybrid electric vehicle.In this paper,the current configuration and development of hybrid electric vehicle in heavy truck powertrain are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The research shows that,based on the peak carbon dioxide emissions and four stage fuel consumption.The traditional fuel vehicle can achieve certain development by upgrading the technical level in the stage of carbon peak.In the short term,fuel cell heavy trucks cannot be the main power due to the limitations of cost,core technologies,storage and transportation facilities,and infrastructure.However,they are the ultimate solution to the carbon neutral stage and should be introduced quickly in the carbon neutral stage.In the period from the present stage to peak carbon emission stage,hybrid electric vehicle is the most effective technical means for heavy trucks to meet the peak carbon emission stage due to its excellent carbon emission reduction and fuel consumption reduction ability.
