羊绒纤维等离子体氧化-低温交联剂接枝改性 被引量:2

摘要 选用3种阳离子染料(阳离子红X-GRL、阳离子金黄X-GL、甲苯胺蓝)对氧气等离子体辐射羊绒进行染色,结合纤维强力变化,确定等离子体预处理最优工艺。通过2种低温交联剂(氮丙啶交联剂、聚碳化二亚胺)分别将丝胶蛋白接枝在等离子体处理后的羊绒上,并对等离子体接枝羊绒纤维接枝效果与保健功能进行综合性评价。结果发现,氧气低温等离子体最佳处理工艺为:功率200 W,放电时间240 s,进气量300 mL/min;氧气等离子体处理后羊绒纤维大分子引入了羧基,接枝中低温交联剂与羊绒大分子及丝胶蛋白发生了架桥反应,丝胶蛋白在羊绒纤维表面成功固定。氮丙啶交联剂的架桥效果要优于聚碳化二亚胺,二者的最大接枝率分别为6.30%与5.89%。同时,丝胶蛋白-氮丙啶交联剂-等离子体改性羊绒能够赋予纤维抗氧化功能(抗氧化率50.18%)和抗菌功能(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抗菌率分别为80.42%、77.54%)。 Three cationic dyes(Cationic Red X-GRL,Cationic Gold X-GL,Toluidine Blue)were used to dye oxygen plasma irradiated cashmere.Combined with the change of fiber strength,the optimal process of plasma pretreatment was determined.Sericin protein was grafted onto the plasma-treated cashmere fiber by two low-temperature crosslinking agents(aziridine crosslinking agent and polycarbonized diimide),and the grafting effect and health care function of plasma-grafted cashmere fiber were comprehensively evaluated.The results show that the optimal treatment process of oxygen low temperature plasma is as follows:power 200 W,discharge time 240 s,air intake 300 mL/min;After oxygen plasma treatment,carboxyl group was introduced into the macromolecules of cashmere fiber.The crosslinking agent was bridged with the macromolecules of cashmere fiber and sericin at low temperature,and sericin was successfully fixed on the surface of cashmere fiber.The bridging effect of aziridine crosslinking agent was better than that of polycarbonized diimide.The maximum grafting rates of the two agents were 6.30%and 5.89%,respectively.At the same time,sericin-aziridine crosslink-plasma modification of cashmere fibers can give the antioxidant function(antioxidant rate was 50.18%)and antibacterial function,and the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus/Escherichia coli was 80.42%/77.54%,respectively.
