腈纶织物丝胶改性整理及其性能 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨丝胶蛋白整理到腈纶织物对其透气透湿性能的影响,将太古油与丝胶在超声波作用下充分混合制成丝胶改性液,然后将经碱减量处理后的腈纶织物采用两步法浸渍氮丙啶交联剂溶液和丝胶改性液,以此获得丝胶改性后的腈纶织物.研究了丝胶整理前后织物的回潮率、耐水洗性、断裂强力、透气透湿性、红外光谱、表面形貌等性能.结果表明:丝胶通过氮丙啶交联剂的作用已整理到腈纶织物表面;丝胶整理后腈纶织物回潮率由原来的1.76%提升至2.92%~8.34%;经水洗后其回潮率稳定在2.03%左右;改性后腈纶织物的经向断裂强力较原样降低17.55%、硬挺度降低18.91%,纬向断裂强力较原样降低18.54%、硬挺度降低12.95%. To investigate the effect of sericin finishing on the air and moisture permeability of acrylic fabric,the acrylic fabric modified by sericin was prepared by fully mixing Turkey red oil and sericin under the effect of ultrasonic wave,and then the acrylic fabric prepared after alkali reduction treatment was impregnated with aziridine crosslinking agent solution and sericin modification solution in two steps.The properties of the acrylic fabric,such as moisture regain,washability,breaking strength,air and moisture permeability,infrared spectrum and surface morphology,etc.before and after sericin finishing were studied.The results showed that sericin was treated on the surface of acrylic fabric through the effect of aziridine crosslinking agent.After sericin finishing,the moisture regain rate of the acrylic fabric increased from 1.76%to 2.92%~8.34%.After washing,the moisture regain rate maintained at about 2.03%.The radial breaking strength and stiffness of the modified acrylic fabric were 17.55%and 18.91%lower than those of the original fabric,while the zonal breaking strength and stiffness of the modified acrylic fabric were 18.54%and 12.95%lower than those of the original fabric.
