基于突触可塑性探讨针刺防治认知障碍的机制 被引量:2

摘要 认知是中枢神经的高级智能活动之一,神经元之间通过相互识别和相互作用实现信息交流并产生反馈。突触可塑性对于大脑海马区学习和认知功能的发展有着不可替代作用,针刺防治认知障碍的作用机制可能与调节突触可塑性有关,但其机制还不明确,值得进一步深入研究。本文主要从突触可塑性相关的蛋白变化、神经胶质细胞的激活、相关自噬及临床相关疾病等方面阐述针刺疗法对认知功能的影响及其研究现状,为今后针刺防治认知障碍性疾病的临床应用和实验研究提供参考。 Cognition is one of the advanced intelligent activities of the central nervous system,and neurons communicate information and generate is feedback from mutual recognition and interaction.Synaptic plasticity has an irreplaceable role in the development of learning and cognitive in brain hippocampus,and the action mechanism of acupuncture in preventing cognitive impairment may be related to the regulation of synaptic plasticity,However,its mechanism is not clear and deserves further study.This paper mainly elaborates the effect of acupuncture therapy on cognitive function and its research status from the aspects of protein changes related to synaptic plasticity,activation of glial cells,related autophagy and clinically related diseases,etc.,and provides a reference for the clinical application and experimental research of acupuncture in the prevention and treatment of cognitive disorders in the future.
