摘要
通过总结分析尘肺病康复护理现有的临床手段,例如呼吸肌训练法、运动训练联合无创通气、营养干预与支持、排痰护理、健康教育及延续性肺康复护理等。探讨现有尘肺病康复护理的相关应用及存在的问题。尘肺病患者经过一段时间的尘肺病康复护理后,在培养患者健康的行为习惯、改善心理状况和呼吸功能上均取得一定的效果,提升了患者的生存质量。随着社会的进步,尘肺病患者健康意识普遍增强,尘肺病康复护理逐渐被予以重视,康复护理的技术和能力不断提升。
To summarize and analyze the existing clinical methods of pneumoconiosis rehabilitation nursing,such as respiratory muscle training method,exercise training and combined non-invasive ventilation,nutritional intervention and support,sputum discharge nursing,health education and continuous pulmonary rehabilitation nursing.To explore the related application and existing problems of current pneumoconiosis rehabilitation nursing.After a period of pneumoconiosis rehabilitation nursing,pneumoconiosis patients have achieved certain results in cultivating their healthy behavior habits,improving their psychological condition and respiratory function,which promote patients′quality of life.With the progress of society,the health awareness of pneumoconiosis patients is generally enhanced,pneumoconiosis rehabilitation nursing is gradually paid attention to,and the technology and capability of rehabilitation nursing are constantly improved.
