摘要
试验旨在研究人工配合饵料与鲜活饵料对翘嘴鳜的生长性能、肌肉营养成分及消化酶活性的影响。选择平均体重42.90 g的翘嘴鳜6000尾,随机分成2组,每组3个重复,每个重复1000尾鱼。各组分别投喂人工配合饵料和鲜活饵料,进行200 d的养殖对比试验。结果显示,人工配合饵料组与鲜活饵组翘嘴鳜的增重率、特定生长率、肥满度和肝体比均差异不显著(P>0.05);鱼体水分和蛋白质含量差异不显著(P>0.05);鲜活饵组总氨基酸(ΣTAA)含量极显著高于人工配合饵料组(P<0.01);两组肌肉必需氨基酸(EAA)/总氨基酸(TAA)分别为36.41%和37.20%,必需氨基酸/非必需氨基酸(NEAA)分别为66.85%和69.52%,均符合FAO/WHO标准要求。以氨基酸评分(AAS)评价时,两组鱼肌肉第一限制性氨基酸均为缬氨酸(Val);以化学评分(CS)评价时,两组鱼肌肉第一限制性氨基酸均为蛋氨酸+胱氨酸(Met+Cys);人工配合饵料组与鲜活饵组分别测得10、11种脂肪酸,人工配合饵料组二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量极显著高于鲜活饵组(P<0.01);两组肝脏和肠道中的淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,两种饵料均可培育出营养价值较高的翘嘴鳜,且不同饵料对翘嘴鳜生长及消化酶活性影响不明显。
The experiment was to study the effect of artificial combined diet and fresh diet on growth performance,muscle nutrient composition and digestive enzyme activity of Siniperca chuatsi.A total of 6000 Siniperca chuatsi with an average body weight of 42.90 g were randomly divided into two groups,with three replicates in each group and 1000 Siniperca chuatsi in each replicate.Each group was fed artificial diet and fresh diet,respectively,for 200 d of culture comparative test.The results showed that there was no significant difference in weight gain rate,specific growth rate,fatness and hepatobody ratio between Siniperca chuatsi of artificial diet and fresh diet(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in moisture and protein contents of fish body(P>0.05).TheΣTAA content of fresh diet group was extremely higher than that of artificial diet group(P<0.01).The EAA/TAA of two groups were 36.41%and 37.20%,EAA/NEAA were 66.85%and 69.52%,respectively,which met FAO/WHO standards.According to AAS,Val was the first limiting amino acid in muscle of both groups.The first limiting amino acid was Met+Cys in muscle of both groups when evaluated by CS.The content of EPA and DHA in artificial diet group were extremely higher than those in fresh diet group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the activity of amylase and lipase in liver and intestine between two groups(P>0.05).The study indicates that Siniperca chuatsi with high nutritional value can be cultivated with both kinds of diets,different diets have no obvious effect on growth and digestive enzyme activitiy of Siniperca chuatsi.
