用红外光谱三级法鉴别不同种类的鲳 被引量:1

Identification of Different Origins of Pomfret Pampus et Psenopsis by Three-level Infrared Analysis

摘要 采用现代红外光谱技术,结合红外光谱三级鉴定理论对银鲳(Pampus argenteus Euphrasen)、中国鲳(P.chinensis Euphrasen)、灰鲳(P.cinereus Bloch)和刺鲳(Psenopsis anomala Temminck et Schlegel)的背部肉或全体4种鲳药材粉末的红外原谱、二阶导数谱和二维相关谱进行分析,对4种鲳药材进行理化鉴别研究,为整理、鉴别来自不同基原种类的鲳药材提供参考资料。结果表明:建立了鲳药材红外光谱分析方法,得到不同种类鲳药材的红外图谱,红外图谱特征明显。此技术可快速、有效地鉴别鲳的种类,为鲳药材的生药鉴别提供了新的科学资料。 The original infrared spectrum,second derivative spectrum and two-dimensional correlation spectrum were analyzed in powders of back muscle or the whole of 4 species of pomfret including silver pomfret(Pampus argenteus Euphrasen),Chinese pomfret(P.chinensis Euphrasen),grey pomfret(P.cinereus Bloch)and spiny pomfret(Psenopsis anomala Temminck et Schlegel)using modern infrared spectra,second derivative spectra and two-dimensional correlation spectra combined with infrared spectroscopy three-level identification theory to provide reference materials for sorting and identifying pomfret medicinal materials from different basic species.Results showed that the infrared spectroscopy analysis method was established for pomfret medicinal herbs,and the infrared spectra of different types of pomfret medicinal herbs were obtained,and the characteristics of infrared spectra were extracted.In conclusion,this technique is characterized by quick and effective identification of pomfret species and provides scientific data for the identification of different types of pomfret medicinal herbs.
