外源蛋白酶对芦花鸡生产性能和经济效益的影响 被引量:1

Effect of exogenous protease on production performance and economic benefit of Luhua chicken

摘要 试验旨在研究外源蛋白酶对芦花鸡生产性能和经济效益的影响。选取体重、日龄接近的去势芦花鸡240只,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。A组(对照组)为标准蛋白日粮,B组为低蛋白日粮组,C组为低蛋白日粮+200 mg/kg外源蛋白酶,D组为低蛋白日粮+400 mg/kg外源蛋白酶。试验期10周。结果显示,与对照组相比,B组芦花鸡试验末重显著下降(P<0.05),C组和D组试验末重显著高于B组(P<0.05)。B组芦花鸡的平均日增重(ADG)显著低于对照组,料重比(F/G)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而D组的F/G显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,B组芦花鸡屠宰率显著降低(P<0.05),C组、D组屠宰率显著高于B组(P<0.05);B组半净膛率显著低于对照组、C组和D组(P<0.05)。B组芦花鸡脾脏指数均显著低于对照组、C组和D组(P<0.05)。B组和C组肌肉的滴水损失率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),D组滴水损失率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。B组芦花鸡的隐窝深度(VH)、绒毛高度(CD)和绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值(V/C)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。B组芦花鸡MUC2基因的相对表达量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且D组MUC2基因的相对表达量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。D组芦花鸡的养殖利润比对照组高10.47%,B组和C组分别比对照组的利润低22.27%和3.14%。研究表明,低蛋白日粮中添加外源蛋白酶可以改善芦花鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、免疫功能和消化功能,添加400 mg/kg外源蛋白酶的效果较好。 The experiment was to study the effect of exogenous protease on production performance and economic benefits of Luhua chicken.A total of 240 castrated Luhua chickens with similar body weight and age were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicates.Group A(control group)was standard protein diet,group B was a low protein diet group,group C was with low protein diet+200 mg/kg exogenous protease,group D was with low protein diet+400 mg/kg exogenous protease.The test period was 10 w.The results showed that compared with control group,the body weight at the end of the test in group B was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the body weight at the end of the test in group C and group D was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The ADG of Luhua chickens in group B was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The F/G of group B was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),while F/G of group D was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the slaughtering rate of group B was significantly lower(P<0.05),group C and group D significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The semi-clean bore rate of group B was significantly lower than that of control group,group C and group D(P<0.05).The spleen index of group B was significantly lower than that of control group,group C and group D(P<0.05).The drip loss rate of group B and group C was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),but the drip loss rate of group D was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The relative expression of MUC2 gene in group B was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the relative expression of MUC2 gene in group D was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The aquaculture profit of group D was 10.47%higher than that of control group,while that of group B and group C was 22.27%and 3.14%lower than that of control group,respectively.The experiment indicates that adding exogenous protease to low protein diet can improve growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,immune function and digestive function of Luhua chicken,the effect of adding 400 mg/kg exogenous protease is better.
