摘要
[研究目的]坚持大数据发展与安全并重,实施跨区域的数据流通与治理,是我国大数据领域发展的战略要求。研究大数据安全的空间关联及其驱动因素等议题具有重要的现实意义。[研究方法]该文借助社会网络分析和QAP方法,研究分析了我国省际大数据安全空间关联网络结构、个体特征及驱动因素。[研究结论]我国省际大数据安全空间关联网络的紧密性和稳定性有待加强。大数据安全发展存在显著的地区不均衡性,板块间溢出路径有待扩充完善。区域间在经济发展水平、产业结构、人力资本与大数据产业发展等方面存在的差异对大数据安全空间关联关系的建立有正向促进作用,地理距离则表现出一定的负向影响。
[Research purpose]Insisting on both the development and security of big data,implementing cross-regional data circulation and governance is a strategic requirement for the development of big data field in China.It is of great practical significance to study the spatial correlation of big data security and its driving factors.[Research method]With the help of social network analysis and QAP method,this paper analyzes the structure,individual characteristics,and driving factors of spatial correlation network of interprovincial big data security in China.[Research conclusion]The compactness and stability of spatial correlation network of interprovincial big data security in China need to be strengthened.There is significant regional imbalance in the development of big data security,and the inter-plate overflow path needs to be expanded and improved.The differences in the level of interregional economic development,industrial structure,human capital and the development of big data industry,play a positive role in promoting the spatial relations establishment of interprovincial big data security,but geographical distance shows a certain negative impact.
