摘要
案例教学法在各学科领域广泛应用,尤其在中医内科学的理论及临床教学中取得了良好的效果。传统的中医案例教学强调学生运用纯中医思维分析临床问题,而忌讳西医思维的参与,具有一定的局限性;此文试开拓一种新的视角,将中西医结合思维运用于中医内科学案例教学中,并以消渴病为例阐述其较传统中医案例教学的优势。
Case teaching method is widely used in various disciplines,especially in the theory of internal medicine of Chinese medicine and clinical teaching has achieved good results.Traditional Chinese medicine case teaching emphasizes that student use pure Chinese medicine thinking to analyze clinical problems,but the participation of western medicine thinking is taboo,which has certain limitations.This article tries to open up a new perspective and apply integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine thinking to case teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,and takes diabetes as an example to illustrate its advantages over traditional Chinese medicine case teaching.
